MSc Leadership and Enterprise
(With Sustainability)

The Master of Science (MSc) in Leadership and Enterprise (with Sustainability) is a dynamic online programme designed to empower professionals with cutting-edge skills in ethical leadership, innovative enterprise, and sustainable business practices, fostering resilient organisations that drive positive environmental, societal, and economic impact.

Through interactive online modules, real-world case studies, and virtual collaborative projects, students explore sustainable leadership strategies, societal transformations through technology and global challenges, creative entrepreneurship for eco-innovation, transitions toward net zero and sustainable development, and enterprise models aligned with CSR and ESG principles, utilising tools like sustainability assessment frameworks, data analytics for environmental impact, and socio-technical transition models.

This flexible, fully online format allows working professionals to balance studies with career commitments, culminating in a capstone project that applies theoretical knowledge to real-world international challenges, preparing graduates for roles in global strategy, international management, supply chain leadership, and business development.

Programme Delivery

The programme is delivered online over the duration of either one or two years depending upon time commitments (Full-Time or Part-Time). The programme consists of 180 credits divided into six modules of 20 credits and a capstone project of 60 credits. Our modules are delivered over weekends to ensure that students can work whilst studying, and are delivered through a mixture of lectures, seminars, tutorials and workshops.

The seven modules are:

  1. Leadership Theory and Practice (20 credits)

  2. The Changing Nature of Work (20 credits)

  3. Management, Society and Artificial Intelligence (20 credits)

  4. Grand Challenges (20 credits)

  5. Sustainable Enterprise (20 credits)

  6. Sustainability Transitions (20 credits)

  7. Research Methods and Project (60 credits)

Tailored Tuition

At Trafalgar Academy, student support is at the heart of our mission, ensuring every learner thrives in a truly personalised and engaging online environment. From day one, each student is assigned a dedicated personal tutor who provides ongoing guidance, mentorship, and tailored assistance throughout the course, fostering confidence, bridging knowledge gaps, and enhancing academic success—benefits that set us apart from the more impersonal structures of traditional online degrees at universities.

Our innovative programmes feature asynchronous lectures complemented by interactive online lesson packs for self-paced learning and progress checks, while scheduled contact time through seminars, workshops, tutorials, and supervisory meetings brings concepts to life via collaborative discussions, practical exercises, and peer interactions. This creates a vibrant, active learning ecosystem that empowers students to engage deeply and apply their knowledge in real-world contexts.

Grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles—which promote multiple means of engagement, representation, and expression to accommodate diverse needs—and aligned with University College London's ABC Learning Design framework for rapid, activity-focused curriculum development, our approach exemplifies pedagogical excellence, making Trafalgar the ideal choice for those seeking exceptional support and a transformative educational experience.
